Thesis: Even though there is an outcry for more media coverage on the violence in the inner-city of Chicago, there are others that believe it will do more harm than good.
Im not sure what would be accomplished by "advertising" more crime. I could get a public out cry and the police would crack down on it...but that would not solve the conditions under which the crimes are started in the first place.
